Hi, my name is Karl and I am the owner of Karl Lohde Personal Coaching. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website, I do appreciate your support and hopefully this is your first step towards living a more fulfilled life of your own. Below is a brief history of my life and it gives a small insight to me as a person and why I chose this career, so please continue reading and feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like some more information.

I was born and bred in Adelaide and at the age of 22, I decided to leave for new challenges and life experiences. Ten years later, after many years of Personal Training, mentoring young Indigenous males in a school environment, completing a teaching degree and travelling for sport, I found a love for Personal Coaching.

On Monday 10th August 2015, my life took a huge turn when I attended a talk from one of my favourite motivational speakers, Eric Thomas. There were about 200 people in the room and there was a certain energy radiating from the crowd, an energy I had never experienced before. While I was driving home that night, I began to reflect and I soon realized, I wasn’t where I knew I wanted to be in life so I began searching for a new direction. A month later, I decided to enroll in a Life Coaching course. At the completion of the course, I launched Karl Lohde Personal Coaching and I am very excited about the journey ahead. I am a qualified Life Coach, Teacher and Personal Trainer and I am passionate about helping people move from where they are to where they want to be.

Who can benefit from coaching ?

I personally believe anyone can benefit from coaching if they understood the concept of it. Coaching is future and solution focused so during the session we may touch on the past and the present moment however, the focus will be on the future and what actions can be taken to move forward to achieving the desired results.
